The  H2Ofit hydrobike school all over Europe is made directly by H2Ofit trainers.
We organize fitness events and fitness and water fitness schools all over Europe and also directly in your pool.

The aquafitness, expressed as the whole physical turn in water rather than in gym, is in continuous evolution and adopts more and more specific techniques of training that aim obtaining a greater and greater equilibrium between mind and body using different methodologies and equipments that hock the muscular activity and the cardio-circulatory system.
Particularly the H2OFit hydrobike practice is open to all the consumers types and to an adult public.
It’s not required specific athletic characteristic, neither is necessary to know how to swim because the H2OFit hydrobike is used in depth varying between 100 and 160 cm. (ideal 120 cm.); pedalling in the natural liquid elements is the only exercise developed; speedy and pushing engraved by the inferior limbs vary according the discretion of the instructor.
Pedalling constitutes a complete active cycle unlike the same exercise not performed in the water (there is only push, not push and recovery) so a circle is drawn by holding foot like an hammer or by holding foot in other position to stimulate the muscular bands that you want soliciting.
To win the resistance of mechanism of the bike and particularly the one of the H2OFit are also involved all the leg muscles because we can use, in a very efficacious back pedalling way, without warning annoying voids of resistance.
The machine is built with a geometry that allows the maximum result in respect of the posture, the biomechanics and all of above it, it guarantees a constant resistance in the whole pedalling cycle.
In the activity on the aquatic static bike are interested calves, inside thigh, low back, shoulders, neck, abdominal, nates.
We can affirm that, however , pedalling into the water with a suitable machine and ergonomically appropriate (as the H2OFit) is one among the most complete and effective physical activities.
However it’s not limited to a simple pedalling, because the exercises and the machines are introduced contemporarily for the expansion of superior limbs.
Why into the water?
Because the motor activity into the water is absolutely among the least dangerous one because strength of gravity is suffered in smaller quantity, so articulations don’t suffer stress; the cardiac frequency reduces about of 10/15 pulsations (compared to the same type effort practiced out of water) moreover, the muscles produce a smaller quantity of lactid acid, because of the lower temperature and the beneficent massage given by the sudden move of the water.
For these and other motives, more and more in comparison to the past, many affirmed physiotherapists recommend the use of aquatic static bike (with appropriate exercises) in phase of rehabilitation post traumatic.
